Our History

For over 2 decades, Service Next has been the place where service leaders come together to move the industry forward. We’ve been here through every wave of change, from the first connected devices to today’s breakthroughs in AI. What started in San Diego is now global, with flagship conferences in major cities around the world.

Content That Goes Beyond The Basics

From workforce challenges to revenue growth, every major issue shaping service today is on the table. You’ll also get hands-on experience you won’t find anywhere else, like the AI Advisory Lab and exclusive Site Tours that show technology and processes in action.

Go Beyond Networking

Service Next is built to make conversations count. With 60% of attendees at the executive level, you’ll connect with the people actually making decisions about the future of service. The focus stays on peer-to-peer learning and building partnerships that last.
